You can do it by reading their proof age. Once you are confident of the site, go to its home page and search for the details that have to be given. Do not attempt at fooling the site by supplying false information about yourself. You will end up as a fool. Place your faith and trust on these sites.
A proxy directory is simply a big index of proxy web pages. Many directories require you to have a link back to their site on your page in order for your page to be featured on their directory before you submit your site to them. If you want your page to look clean and uncluttered as possible, I would not suggest submitting to a proxy directory that requires a link back to their site on your proxy page. In my experience, this marketing strategy has brought in the most visitors to my sites.
Click fraud will likely continue to be a major concern for advertisers who advertise on pay per click networks. However, aggressive efforts on the part of Google are beginning to reduce the number of fraudulent clicks. Currently there is a move towards a “cost per action” system, where an advertiser would only need to pay if a purchase was made. This would essentially eliminate the problems associated with click fraud.
