In the glossy, high fashion world of MTV’s The City, one cast member sticks out like a sore thumb. Perpetually dressed in black, foul mouthed with a moppy mess of hair, she’s Whitney Port’s take-charge boss at People’ Revolution- and she’s kell on wheels.
Another recollection I have of her is sharing makeup and hair styling supplies, as the bureau was in my room, but the plug for the curling iron and hair dryer was in hers. I don’t recall ever fighting over makeup or clothing, though sometimes we had discussions later in life about the boys that each of us had chosen to hang out with. I don’t know why it was, but every guy I’ve ever dated that met my sister, wanted me to consider a threesome with her and him. Sorry guys, keep that one in fantasy land, will you – incest is a sin.

See Johnson City, Texas’ Free Holiday Events for details.

If your foot sticks out over the edge of the flip flop, don’t purchase that pair. It’s important to find flip flops that fit properly, to avoid tripping while you walk. One good walking strategy is to aim your feet straight ahead of you while you move, instead of tilting them toward or away from each other. Finally, if you have flip flops that fit properly, you won’t need to slide or scoot along like you’re on mens skates.
In order to build leg strength, try sitting against a wall with your knees at a 90 degree angle, holding on for as long as possible. At first, you may only be able to hold this position for less than a minute but, with regular practice, you will be able to hold on for much longer.
